Event Branding

Role & Company

Design Director at Lotame, a global B2B data, audience management, and advertising technology company.

Impact

✓ Booked seven meetings with qualified event leads

✓ Engaging workshop and interactive booth experience

✓ Brand featured alongside fellow industry leaders, elevating brand visibility

Background

As a sponsor of The Martech World Forum, Lotame’s goal for the event was to drive brand awareness, create conversation and promote engagement.

I was tasked with establishing the creative direction for our presence at the event. Activations throughout the event included a global digital campaign, keynote presentation, coffee cart, interactive workshop, event booth, and printed assets. A cohesive brand experience was critical to unite digital promotions and in-person experiences.

Process & Deliverables

Melbourne is known as the coffee capital of Australia, and Aussies take their coffee seriously!

Our event branding centered around a coffee concept, with a cafe named “The Future Brew”, serving up coffee for a “cookieless tomorrow”. I created a playful and retro-futuristic brand for the event and designed dozens of materials to support all aspects of our visual presence.

Consistent signage throughout the event drove brand awareness and guided attendees through our various activations

Our hosted coffee cart, “The Future Brew”, included branded aprons, signage, and cup sleeves that encouraged conversation between barista and customer

A hands-on workshop, as well as our booth’s “coffee bean challenge”, created additional immersive brand touchpoints

Impact

The team who attended the event remarked that our branding stood out among the rest of the sponsors, and attendees were drawn to our coffee cart and booth. Seven meetings were booked with qualified leads from the event.

The “coffee bean challenge” and workshop presented a fun way for our team to engage with attendees, and provided unique insights to bring back to our Sales and Product teams.
